November Holiday Class

Happy Fall everyone and with that, Happy Holidays! In celebration of the holidays, I have come up with several projects for you to chooses from for this month's class. There are three "Thank You" cards with a fall flair, three Christmas cards, and several Holiday containers that will make great Neighbor gifts. I have a two page "Fall" Scrapbook layout if anyone wants to scrapbook too.

You can make as many projects as you like but I am requiring a minimum of 3 or a minimum of $10. All supplies will be furnished including adhesive. Some treats will be provided for some containers. Each project pictured in the slide show will list it's corresponding price. Your total class fee will be reduced by half with a minimum purchase of $50 and will be completely waived with any purchase over $100.

The class will be offered at two different times and you could come both times if you wish. It will be on Wednesday, November 16th beginning at 6:30 and going as late as 10:00, and Saturday, November 19th, beginning at 10:00 and going as late as 4:00. I will have some light refreshments but will not be serving lunch at the Saturday one. You are welcome to bring one with you if you wish.

Something new: I will be offering pre-stamped/cut kits of some of the projects available to purchase. I will take orders for customized kits as well. All you will have to do is put the projects together at home with your own adhesive. After the new year begins, I will be selling completed cards and card, scrapbook and 3-D container kits from my home. Stay tuned for future announcements about this!

Please invite others whom you may feel are interested in coming to this class with you. I only ask that you RSVP for them as well. I need to know if you are coming and which projects you are interested in by Thursday, November 10 at the latest.

Please come and have fun with me! I love what I do and I love to share it with you!

The Halloween Class is going to be on Wednesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 29. The class will start at 6:30 and run until about 10:00 both nights. You can come both nights if you feel like you need more time.

This time I'm doing things a little differently. I have several projects that I've been working on and you will get to choose which ones you want to create. There will be a minimum requirement of 3 projects. The first 3 projects will be $3.50 each and with each additional project the price will be reduced by 50 cents. The minimum fee will be $10.50 for three projects of your choice. Four Projects will be $13.50, Five will cost $16.00, Six will cost $18.00 & Seven will cost $19.50. With a $50 purchase your class fee will be reduced 50% and with a $100 purchase your class fee will be completely waived.

I will be providing adhesive at this class and all other materials, including the treats, but you may want to bring some smaller paper scissors just in case.

I will be introducing new products from this year's catalog and idea book as well as the Holiday Mini Catalog! You will receive a free mini catalog just for coming and there will be a drawing for a free gift!

Please view the slide show of the projects and email me or facebook me which ones you would like to do. The deadline for signing up is Friday, September 25. You can pay your fee at the class but please come if you sign up so I don't buy more supplies than I need.

Aurora's July Club Projects

For club this month we put together a 2 page "July" layout, a watercolor floral card, and a simple but cute "Pillow Box" 3-D project. Chad put together a slide show including these three projects plus a wedding gift for Ashely and Jarid (clock) and some of the Birthday cards I've been working on. Also, pictures of Cadee's fund raiser (for camp) purses with 12 cards, and my Beautiful (if I do say so myself) Convention swap card. We only put pictures of the 3 remaining purses which are still for sale! They are $18. Let us know if you would like to purchase one!

I'm working on some class projects using new products from the Holiday Mini which will debut in September. I'll inform you of the dates and projects soon. September, October and November will have some super cute Holiday ideas for neighbor gifts, greeting cards, home decor and party favors!

I really want to host more workshops. They are so much fun. I get to teach some awesome techniques and everyone gets to try them out on a card to take with them. Hostesses get so much! Besides the Idea Book and Catalog and personal gifts from me, the new benefits let you choose anything you want from the entire catalog using your "Hostess Dollars." There are still some products that are exclusively for hostesses and the Hostess Dollars go further with them! You can also earn half-off items of your choice starting with a $400 workshop! I love to hold workshops! Please call and book one today! Everyone needs a girls night out! I love what I do and I want to share it with everyone!

I've also made graduation congrats and birthday cards during this time and may or may not get pictures of them on here. Next, I will be making Cards for Cadee to sale to earn money to pay for girl's camp this year.

Aurora's April Club Projects

Here are some pictures of the club projects from April. We completed 5 cards. Three of the cards were Birthday cards one was a fun Friend Card that had 4 different folds and the last was a Mother's day card. For July we will most likely do a scrapbook page layout and a card. I haven't decided if we will do a 3-D project.

"CLOCK BOX CLASS"

Just in time for Wedding and Graduation season, and Mother's Day! These Clocks make great Birthday and Anniversary gifts too. You could even choose a more masculine paper theme and give them as Father's Day gifts. Besides a clock the box has a lot of room to fill with jewelry, candy or whatever you want!
These clocks are easy to make, (just gluing paper onto boxes) and are beautiful to look at! I made three samples (wanted to do a few more but ran out of time) but have tons of different paper designs in my inventory to choose from. You can make it look vintage, or whimsical.
I will provide everything from the paper and paint to the clock parts and knobs. You will need to provide your own AA battery. If you have your own paper or want to buy your own knob (found at craft stores,) you can do that too and I will discount the price of the class fee. The class fee is $25 per clock. If you make a Stampin' Up purchase of $25 or $50, the class fee will be discounted by $5 or $10 (respectively.)
The class will be held several times during the first week of May. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 3rd, 4th and 5th, the Class will start at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, May 7th, the class will start at 10:00 A.M.
Please RSVP and pay the class fee by Friday, May 29th. I will need time to pick up supplies and cut out paper. I will be heading into Salt Lake on Saturday, the 30th to pick up knobs, wooden feet and clock parts.
If you would like to see what other paper designs I have, please try to come over as soon as possible so I can have time to prepare the paper for you.
I've had sooo much fun putting these clocks together and would love to teach you! Hope you can come!

About Me

My photo
I definitely have an artistic side and love to express my self through music, and paper crafting. I have been a musician since I was a toddler when I first displayed a love of singing and playing the piano. I have taught Piano Lessons for over 20 years now and have enjoyed all of my students over the years. I just signed up to be a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in March of this year (2009) and have loved every minute of it. I hope to be a demonstrator for a long time so I can share ideas with you, my friends!
